Hello everyone! I wanted to share the below infographic I recently found online on improving the value of your home. As people are moving more frequently than ever (at least in my neighborhood!) there are many, often over-looked, adjustments you can do to increase the value of your home. My two favorite are:

1) Remove popcorn ceilings! These are frequently found in older homes and quickly turn away would be buyers.

2) Landscaping the front and backyards– as a yard work fiend myself, a nicely landscaped lawn and garden can do wonders for the value of a home.
